We were excited to receive our WoBLR because we had just purchased a new 5th wheel. But … when it came it didn’t work. We called customer service and got the inventor, Herb. Nice guy. He spent time helping to get it working. When that failed, he sent us a new one that he tested himself. He also sent a return slip for the old one. Customer service at its best
